Pre-Therapy Prep is designed to guide you through gaining clarity about your mental health needs, the proper method of searching for mental health specialists and relieving any confusion about what to expect. After these two very in-depth cathartic consultation and follow-up coaching sessions, you will not only feel more educated, prepared and relieved, but motivated and empowered to continue your mental health journey with a mental health specialist who fits your needs best. NOTE: Payments can be made via Zelle (sejohnson@navipsych.com), Cashapp ($SEJ04), and online. NO REFUNDS. All appointments are on EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule the appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to the original appointment booked. Cancellations after 24 hours may result in a $35.00 cancellation fee.
