The FAAR Method is a strategy for managing stress that incorporates elements of Emotional Intelligence, Cognitive-Behavioral theory, & thinking styles to engage in high-impact effective decision making in the midst of the pursuit of work-life balance. The purpose is to learn how stress effects decision making, communication and productivity. I will teach you how integrate my 4-step stress management method into your work and daily life; empowering you to execute coping strategies that reduce stress-related anxiety and burnout.
